Swimming As an Exercise
Swimming is a common sport or individual or team sport that involves the use of one’s body in movement to move across water. The sport usually takes place in shallow water or pools. There are many types of swimming like open water swimming, competitive swimming, recreational swimming, and hospital swim sessions.
Swimming as a recreational or exercise hobby is a great way to stay in shape and keep fit.
